The Communications Committee’s goal is to provide a central point of communication and shared information between homeowners and the HOA Board and Committees. Coordinating the printed Knolls News and the new Knolls Website, the Committee delivers accurate and useful information for all residents in a timely manner, earning the trust of homeowners as a valuable resource.
The Committee has launched the new Knolls Website to convey news and information quickly and efficiently, making it available to all residents 24/7.
- Board meeting minutes, Committee reports, Financials, and information about Clubs, activities, and events will be available whenever a resident or newcomer wants it.
- Our planned community forums will offer residents a new way to express concerns and ideas about issues of interest, and make more participation possible from a wider variety of homeowners.
- Urgent notices or emergency information is delivered via automated email to registered users.
- In the future, we’ll provide an array of Knolls documents and forms via the Website, for ease of access in real estate transactions or research.
The Committee also oversees all authorized printed material for the community, including The Knolls News, the Knolls Directory, and possibly a Service Directory in the future.
