Finance Committee

Finance Committee is responsible for managing the finances of the homeowners association.

Homeowner dues maintain the Knolls amenities. Dues are currently $80/month, due on the first day of each month. Payments may be deposited into the mailbox at the clubhouse without postage.

Homeowners are responsible for tracking their dues payments by month. Your check serves as your receipt: Statements are sent only if dues are overdue. Dues are considered delinquent if not paid by the last day of the month. A late fee may be accessed for overdue payments. Properties with dues more than three months in arrears are automatically turned over to the Knolls law firm for collection, including all late fees and administrative charges.

Houses that are occupied by renters: The owner of the property is responsible for dues payment. Renters may enjoy all Knolls amenities provided the property is current on dues payment. Renters and homeowners jointly have responsibility to maintain the property in accordance with all covenants and architectural guidelines. Rental homes are subject to the definition of a single-family dwelling as specified in the city and county codes.
