The Knolls is a vibrant and welcoming community offering the ambiance of a small town with the cultural amenities of a metropolis and the connection to the natural world that is the hallmark of the mountain west. The mature landscape of our homes and common spaces provides an inviting background for our many neighborhood assets: clubhouse, playground, four courts for tennis and pickleball, swimming pool and a mile of walking trails. On the west, our neighborhood is immediately adjacent to the Big Dry Creek Trail and associated habitat that connects directly to the Highline Canal and the urban/suburban trail system. Governed by an all volunteer board from the founding of our neighborhood and enriched by volunteer committees, we have a multitude of social events and activities to choose from including a July 4th parade and games, a newcomers' party, a Holiday party and hay ride, adult tennis teams, children's swim team and more.
